16(b) Motion: Consider a motion to convene into Executive Session immediately following the conclusion of the Common Council meeting, pursuant to Wisconsin State Statutes, Section 19.85(1)(g) to discuss pending litigation involving the claim of Ameritech.
20. Discussion and potential action relating to recruitment efforts to fill the City Administrator position (by Committee of the Whole).
