    1. Claim of SBC in the amount of $1,476.78 for damage to buried cable at 15th Ave. and old Ryan Rd. on approximately 9/5/03
    2. Request of Robert D. Hoormann to waive weed-cutting charges in the amount of $376.20 for work performed on 9/17/03
    3. Request of Stephen and Linda Kotecki for a waiver of weed-cutting charges in the amount of $178.20 for work performed on 6/30/03
    4. Rehearing of the Jerry Polenz claim for replacement of water service, 9105 S. 5th Request of Jerry Polenz for prorated City portion of property tax.
  4. Adjournment.
