- Rezone: Consider
a proposal by the Parkside Land Group, LLC, to rezone portions of the
property at 545 W. Ryan Rd. from M-1 Manufacturing to P-1 Park (6th District).

- Ordinance: Consider ordinance
No. 2279, approving a rezoning of a portion of

- Motion: Consider
a motion to concur with the recommendation of the
Traffic & Safety Commission and authorize the installation of “No
Parking” signs on both sides of S. 20th St. from W. Southbranch
Blvd. to
the dead end (held 10/21/03) (6th District).
- Resolution: Consider resolution No. 10293-102103, approving a sanitary sewer
and water lateral connection agreement between Catherine A. Schuerman, 9025 S. Nicholson
Rd.,
and the City of Oak Creek (Tax Key Nos. 861-9987 and 873-9999) (held

- Motion: Consider
a motion to authorize the Mayor to execute a local/county
agreement for preliminary engineering for the reconstruction of E. College
Ave. from S. Howell Ave. to S. Pennsylvania Ave., and to authorize
the transfer of $40,500.00 from Unspecified Streets (1st District)

03-32, gratitude to James Cech for dedicated service to the City of Oak

- Motion: Consider
a motion to concur with the Mayor’s appointment of
David Schneider, 10475 S. McGraw Dr., to the Traffic & Safety Commission
for a 3-year term to expire 9/06 (by Committee of the Whole).

a motion to concur with the Mayor’s reappointment
of Fredrick Siepert to the Water and Sewer Utility Commission for a five-year

- establish a salary

a motion to approve the recruitment of a Library Services
Assistant to replace the Secretary/Bookkeeper upon her retirement (by

and potential action relating to past practice for a “catch-up” in wages

as located within the City of Oak Creek be incorporated within the boundaries
of the Milwaukee Metropolitan Sewerage District (Crayfish Creek) (4th,

a motion to take action on the various license requests as

No. 2280, amending Section 15.49 of the Municipal
Code relating to electrical license qualifications and revocation (by

Development
- Resolution: Consider resolution No. 10300-110403, approving a certified survey
map for portions of the properties at 441 and 545 W. Ryan Rd. (Parkside
Land Group, LLC) (6th District).
- Resolution: Consider resolution No. 10302-110403,
approving the final plat for the Country Creek VI subdivision (5th District).
- Resolution: Consider resolution No. 10301-110403,
approving a certified survey map for the properties at 402 and 404 W. Puetz
Rd. (Springbrook Development,

Engineering
- Resolution: Consider resolution No. 10299-110403, accepting the workmanship and
authorizing final payment to Super Excavators, Inc., for Project No. 00109
(installation of sanitary sewer, water main and appurtenances in S. Nicholson
Rd.) (3rd District).
- Motion: Consider
a motion to authorize payment of the contract progress
payments for various projects as listed on the attached summary sheet
(1st,
3rd and 4th Districts).
- Motion: Consider
a motion to authorize payment of the invoiced contract
progress payments for various projects as listed on the attached report
(by Committee of the Whole).
- Motion: Consider
a motion to take the following action:
- Allow
Orde Advertising to withdraw its bid because of an error;
- Reject the bid from TV John & Son for
the Creekside Corporate Park sign project because the bid is too
high; and
- Award the bid for the project to construct the
entrance sign for the Oak Creek Commerce and Industrial Parc at the
intersection of S. Howell Ave. and E. Mahn Ct. to the lowest, responsive, responsible
bidder, TV John & Son, in the amount of $15,950.00 (Project Nos.
99049 and 00045) (TIF District Nos. 4 and 6) (1st and 6th Districts).
Miscellaneous
- Motion: Consider
a motion to convene into Executive Session immediately
following the conclusion of the Common Council meeting, pursuant to Wisconsin
State Statutes, to discuss the following:
- Section
19.85(1)(e) to discuss an offer to purchase a portion of the property
at 10511 S. Chicago Rd.;
- Section
19.85(1)(e) to discuss the request of the Professional Clerk-Matron
Dispatcher Association to reopen their 2003 labor agreement;
- Section
19.85(1)(g) to consider possible litigation as it relates to the PSC
decision regarding the power plant expansion.
- Motion: Consider
a motion to reconvene into Open Session.
- Motion: Consider
a motion to take action, if required.
