    2. OFFICIAL MAP AMENDMENT – Review a proposal to amend the Official Map for the Northwest ¼ Section 15. (Legacy Site)
    3. PLAN REVIEW – Review site and landscaping plans for St. John’s Evangelical Lutheran Church’s parking lot expansion for the properties located at 6700 & 6730 S. Howell Avenue and 211 E. Oak Street. (Tax Key Nos. 733-0001, -0002 & -0003)
    4. OFFER TO PURCHASE – Review a request by Tom Jungck to purchase a portion of property that the City owns at 11511 S. Chicago Road (Scanlan Park). (Part of Tax Key No. 962-9011)
    5. FINAL PLAT – Review a preliminary plat by  Country Creek Homes for the Country Creek VI subdivision located at 630 E. Elm Road and 10706R R. Howell Avenue. (Tax Key Nos. 956-0050 and 973-9999-002)
