    2. PLAN UNIT DEVELOPMENT – Review site, building and landscaping plans submitted by Gabaldon Properties and Target Corporation for a Target store located at 8903, 8959 and 8989 S. Howell Avenue. (Tax Key Nos. 859-9990-001, 859-9989-001 and 9004)
    3. PLAN COMMISSION CONSULTATION  - Review a request by Landcraft Engineering for a neighborhood concept plan for the properties located at 2021 E. Drexel Avenue and 1936 E. Forest Hill Avenue. (Tax Key Nos. 816-9995-001 and 816-9988)
    4. PLAN REVIEW – Review a site plan submitted by Ryan Road Storage, LLC for the property located at 840 W. Ryan Road. (Tax Key No. 876-9003)
