    1. CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP – Review a certified survey map submitted by Mike Messmer to divide the property located at 7349 S. Pennsylvania Avenue. (Tax Key No. 768-0023)
    2. CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP – Review a certified survey map submitted by Parkside Land Group and Milwaukee County for the properties located at 545 and 441 West Ryan Road. (Tax Key Nos. 905-9999-005 and 906-9998
    3. REZONE – Review a request from Parkside Land Group to rezone the property at 545 W. Ryan Road from M-1, Manufacturing to P-1, Park. (Tax Key No. 905-9999-005)
  5. Adjournment
