    2. TEMPORARY USE -  Review a request by Bielinski for a temporary sales office trailer located on lot 1 of Willowbrook Subdivision at 3801 E. Oakwood Road and 10415 S. Chicago Road.(Tax Key No. 961-9995, 9996 and 9997)
    3. REZONE AND CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT – Review a request by Menard’s Inc. to rezone the property located at 6840 S. 26th Street from B-2, Community Business and Rs-4, Single Family Residential to B-4, Highway Business with a conditional use permit for outdoor sales and storage located at 6840 S. 26th Street.     4. PLAN REVIEW – Review site, building and landscaping plans submitted by Ronald Karfonta for the Learning Edge Child Care and Preschool located at 7420 S. 1st Street. (Tax Key No. 765-9015)
    5. CONDITIONS AND RESTRICTIONS – Review conditions and restrictions for Learning Edge Childcare and Preschool located at 7420 S. 1st Street. (Tax Key No. 765-9015)
