    1. USE APPROVAL- Review a request by Hribar Corporation for a use approval for a contractor’s shop with outdoor storage for the properties located at 1800 and 1880 W. Ridgeview Drive in the Southbranch Industrial Park. (Tax Key No. 903-006 and 903-0007)
    2. PLAN REVIEW – Review expansion of an existing parking lot for Parkway Apostolic Church located at 10970 S. Nicholson Road. (Tax Key No. 971-9999-002)
    3. PLAN REVIEW - Review a revision to the approved plans for Capstone Business Center located at 9827 S. 13th Street. (Tax Key  No. part of 904-9016)
    4. PRELIMINARY PLAT – Review a preliminary plat by Mike Woods for the Patriot Arms subdivision located at 1101R E. Forest Hill Avenue. (Tax Key No. 826-9023)
    5. CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP – Review a certified survey map submitted by Charles Koehler for the property located at 741 W. Ryan Road. (Tax Key No. 905-9999-004)
    6. CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP – Review a certified survey map submitted by James Biller Trust for the property located at 1701 E. Oakwood Road. (Tax Key No. 958-9996-005)
    7. PLAN REVIEW – Review site, building and landscaping plans for the St. Mary and St. Antonious Coptic Orthodox Church located at 1521 W. Drexel Avenue. (Tax Key No. 811-9998)
    8. PLAN REVIEW – Review site, building and landscaping plans for Drexel Self Storage, Inc. for the property located at 500 W. Drexel Avenue. (Tax Key No. 782-9003)
    9. CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP – Review a certified survey map submitted by Athanasois and Fran Tohovitis and Suhail Sarsour for the redivision of certified survey map No.  7196 located at 9000, 8950, 8930 and 8940 R S. 27th Street. (Tax Key No. 856-0070)
    10. REZONE- Review a request by David Schmidt to rezone the property located at 8781 and 8931 S. 5th Avenue from P-1, Park, Rm-1, Multifamily Residential, Rs-3, Single Family Residential and B-1, Local Business to Rm-1, Multifamily Residential, Rs-3, Single Family Residential and B-1, Local Business.
