1. Call meeting to order.
2. Roll call.
3. Review of claims:
   1. Claim of Grace Schrank, 325 E. Susan Dr., in the amount of $50,000 for injuries sustained at the Oak Creek Library on 2/15/02 (review only for recommendation to the Council).
   2. Claim of Jerry Polenz, 13890 NW 70^th Ave., Cheifland, FL, in the amount of $2,150.00 for replacement of water service from the existing meter in the fire building on 5^th Ave. to the rear entry of the existing building on Depot Rd.
   3. Request of Cheryl Hartwig for Otto Hartwig, 10098 S. 11^th Ave., for a reduction in an ambulance bill in the amount of $197.50 for service on 11/4/02.
   4. Request of Cal Brockman, 6638 S. 26^th St., to repair the damage to his driveway approach which occurred during a 1998 curb and street project and for repairs to the sidewalk in front of his home.
   5. Notice of Claim filed by American Family Insurance on behalf of Jerome Armstrong in the amount of $754.72 for an accident on 6/10/03.
