- Claim of Grace Schrank, 325 E. Susan Dr.,
in the amount of $50,000 for injuries sustained at the Oak Creek Library
on 2/15/02
(review
only for recommendation to the Council).
- Claim of Jerry Polenz, 13890 NW 70th Ave.,
Cheifland, FL, in the amount of $2,150.00 for replacement of water service
from the existing meter in the fire building on 5th Ave. to
the rear entry of the existing building on Depot Rd.
- Request of Cheryl Hartwig for Otto Hartwig,
10098 S. 11th Ave., for a reduction in an ambulance bill
in the amount of $197.50 for service on 11/4/02.
- Request of Cal Brockman, 6638 S. 26th St.,
to repair the damage to his driveway approach which occurred during a
1998 curb and street project and for repairs to the sidewalk in front
of his
home.
- Notice of Claim filed by American Family Insurance
on behalf of Jerome Armstrong in the amount of $754.72 for an accident
on 6/10/03.

Public Notice
Upon reasonable notice,
