Action Presentations. Items under this section have been prepared by the staff and recommend the Council to approve a specific action.

1. Motion:  Consider a motion to convene into Executive Session at approximately 7:00 p.m., pursuant to Wisconsin State Statutes, Section 19.85(1)(e)(g) to discuss consideration of a contract amendment with RMT, Inc., continuing negotiations with WE Energies relating to the power plant expansion, and strategy regarding the Public Service Commission (PSC) hearings.
2. Motion:  Consider a motion to reconvene into Open Session.
3. Motion:  Consider a motion to take action, if required.
