    1. TEXT AMENDMENT – Review a request to amend Section 17.0312 of the Municipal Code to include massage therapy as a permitted use in B-1, Local Business zoning districts.
  5. New Business
    1. REZONE AND CONDITIONAL USE – Review a request by Ronald Karfonta to rezone the property located at 7420 S. 1st Street from M-1, Manufacturing to B-3, Office and Professional Business with a conditional use permit for a child care and preschool with an outdoor activity area. (Tax Key No. 765-9015)
    2. REZONE – Review a request by Parkside Land Group to rezone a portion of the property located at 441 W. Ryan Road from P-1 to B-4, Highway Business and a portion of the property located at 545 W. Ryan Road from M-1, Manufacturing to P-1 Park. (Tax Key Nos. 906-9025 and 905-9999-005)
    3. CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT- Review a request by Drexel Self Storage, Inc. for a conditional use permit for the expansion of the mini storage warehouse for the property located at 500 W. Drexel Avenue. (Tax Key No. 782-9003)
    4. CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP – Review a certified survey map submitted by Demco Wisconsin l, LLC for the property located at 8201 S. Howell Avenue. (Tax Key No. 813-9009)
