AND CONDITIONAL USE – Review a request by Ronald Karfonta to rezone
the property located at 7420
S. 1st Street from
M-1, Manufacturing to B-3, Office and Professional Business with a conditional
use permit for a child care and preschool with an outdoor activity area.

- CONDITIONAL
USE PERMIT- Review a request by Drexel Self Storage, Inc. for a conditional
use permit for the expansion of the mini storage warehouse for the

SURVEY MAP – Review a certified survey map submitted by Demco Wisconsin
l, LLC for the property located at 8201
S. Howell Avenue.
