2. Approval of previous minutes.
3. Hearing of file (see attached public hearing notice(s):
   1. Case No. 03-01, Mike Messmer, 7357 S. Pennsylvania Ave.
4. Convene into Executive Session at the conclusion of the hearing, pursuant to Wisconsin State Statutes, Section 19.85(1)(a) to deliberate the Messmer case.
5. Reconvene into Open Session.
6. Take action on the Messmer case, if required.
7. Review of City policy on the preparation and distribution of agendas, minutes and related records.
