    1. PLAN COMMISSION CONSULTATION – Review a conceptual site plan submitted by GM Investment Company, LLC for Oak Creek Woodlands multi-family development located at 8351 S. 20th Street.  (Tax Key No. 831-9029)
    2. TEXT AMENDMENT – Review a request to amend Section 17.0312 of the Municipal Code to include massage therapy as a permitted use in B-1, Local Business zoning districts.

    1. OFFICIAL MAP AMENDMENT – Review a request from Jeffrey and Linda Scott to amend the Official Map for the Northwest ¼ of Section 23.
    2. PLAN REVIEW – Review site and building plans for Pickerman’s for the property located at 9011 S. Howell Avenue. (Tax Key No. 859-9036)
    3. REZONE – Review a request from Trevor And Barbara Cox to rezone the properties at 7860 and 7840 S. Clement Avenue Rs-3 and A-1 to align with the new boundary line reflected on the pending CSM.  (Tax Key Nos. 780-9005 and 780-9026)
    4. TEXT AMENDMENT – Review a request to amend Section 17.0404 of the Municipal Code to for adjustments to required parking.
    5. PLAN REVIEW – Review expansion of existing parking lot and one new curb cut for Henkel Surface Technologies located at 7655 S. 6th Street.  (Tax Key No. 782-9010)
    6. CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT – Review a request from Paul Maliborski for Select Auto Sales LLC for auto sales for the property located at 904 E. Rawson Avenue.  (Tax Key No. 732-9990-001)
    7. Review of City policy on preparation and distribution of agendas, minutes and related records.
