    2. CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP – Review a certified survey map submitted by Mark and Kim Pientka and Michael and Laura Szczepanski for the property located at 975,1001,1035 E. Randy Road. (Tax Key Nos. 972-0140, 0152, and 0141)
    3. PRELIMINARY PLAT – Review request by Pilgrim Development Group for the Glen Crossing subdivision located at 8360 S. 13th Street. (Tax Key No. 829-9012)
    4. TEXT AMENDMENT –Review a request to amend Section 17.0312 of the Municipal Code to include massage therapy as a permitted use in B-1, Local Business zoning districts.
