1. OFFICIAL MAP AMENDMENT – Review a request by Barbara Cavolaski to amend the official map for the NW ¼ of Section 19.
2. CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP – Review a certified survey map submitted by Grace Lutheran Church for the property located at 8537 S. Pennsylvania Avenue. (Tax Key No. 825-9987)
3. REZONE - Review a request by St. John’s Ev. Lutheran Church to rezone the property located at 211 E. Oak Street from Rs-2, Single Family Residential to I-1, Institutional for a proposed parking lot expansion. (Tax Key No. 733-0003)
4. PLAN REVIEW - Review a site and building plans for a multi-tenant industrial building for the property located at 9827 S. 13^th Street. (Tax Key No. Part of 904-9016)
5. PLAN REVIEW – Review revised building plans for Ryan Road Storage located at 840 W. Ryan Road. (Tax Key No. 876-9994)
