    1.   CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP - Review a certified survey map submitted by Dr. John Gonis for Gonis Dental Clinic Development for the property located at 7028, 7050 S. 27th Street and 2602, 2528, 2508, 2436, and 2414 W.
