  1. Approval of 5/1/03 minutes.
  2. Further report on 5 years of response time reports.- Carol Grundy
  3. Review the remaining information collected from other communities.
  4. Review the first draft of the comparison spread sheet prepared by Tracy Peters.
  5. Select date for next meeting. (Please reserve every Thursday in May, May 15, 22 and 29 if needed, to complete our task. Note: Our committee must respond to the Council at the June 3rd meeting.)
