PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that pursuant to Section 62.13(5)(d) and Section 19.84, Wisconsin Statutes, a decision will be issued on the citizen complaint filed by Osama Assaf on February 27, 2003, with the Oak Creek Police and Fire Commission. The Commission held an evidentiary hearing on April 17, 2003 beginning at 6:00 p.m. in the Common Council Chambers of City Hall, 8640 South Howell Avenue. Thereafter, the Commission moved into closed session to deliberate on the testimony and evidence presented. The deliberations were then recessed until May 1, 2003 at 7:00 p.m.

Upon reasonable notice, a good faith effort will be made
