- CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP - Review a certified survey map submitted by Emil
Kling for the properties located at 3240 E. Woodview Avenue and 9330 S.
15th Avenue. (Tax Key Nos. 870-9019 and 870-9027)
- PLAN COMMISSION CONSULTATION – Review a conceptual site plan submitted by
GM Investment Company, LLC for Oak Creek Woodlands multi-family development
located at 8351 S. 20th Street. (Tax Key No. 831-9029)
- CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP – Review a certified survey map submitted by Rodney Dent
for the property at 7841 S. Howell Avenue. (Tax Key No. 782-9988)
- PRELIMINARY PLAT – Review a request by Dave Schmidt for the Carrollville Crossings

- PLAN COMMISSON CONSULTATION – Review a conceptual site plan for Legacy at
Oak Creek, for the properties located 7546, 7640 and 7610 S. 27th Street.
