PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that pursuant to Section 62.13(5)(d) and Section 19.84, Wisconsin Statutes, a public hearing will be held on the citizen complaint filed by Osama Assaf on February 27, 2003, with the Oak Creek Police and Fire Commission. This meeting will take place on Thursday, April 17, 2003 at 6:00 p.m. in the Common Council Chambers of City Hall, 8640 South Howell Avenue. The purpose of this meeting is to conduct the hearing and receive testimony and exhibits regarding this citizen complaint.

  1. Call meeting to order.
  2. Roll call.
  3. Note the attendance of parties and their attorneys.
  4. Conduct hearing.
  5. Move into closed session pursuant to Section 19.85(1)(a), Wis. Stats., to deliberate on the evidence presented and received during the hearing.
  6. Recess and reconvene as needed until deliberations are completed.

PUBLIC NOTICE
