PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that pursuant to Section 62.13(5)(d) and Section 19.84, Wisconsin Statutes, a public hearing will be held on the citizen complaint filed by Osama Assaf with the Oak Creek Police and Fire Commission on February 27, 2003. This meeting will take place on April 3, 2003 at 7:00 p.m. in the Common Council Chambers of Oak Creek City Hall, 8640 South Howell Avenue. This will be a pre-hearing conference and no witnesses or documentary evidence will be presented at this meeting.

  1. Call meeting to order.
  2. Roll call.
  3. Note the attendance of parties and their attorneys.
  4. Conduct pre-hearing conference.
  5. Set dates for evidentiary hearing.
  6. Adjournment.
