1. Resolution: Consider resolution No. 10217-030403, approving the development agreement for the Clover Ridge subdivision at 8150 S. Wynona Dr. and 8071 S. Willow Dr. (2nd District) (held 3/4/03).

2. Motion: Consider a motion to approve the Vendor Summary Report in the amount of $297,640.80 (by Committee of the Whole).

3. Motion: Consider a motion to accept the recommendation of the Personnel Committee to create the six-month pilot Health Nut Rewards Program, with an incentive cap of $15,000.00, as presented by the Wellness Team (by Committee of the Whole).

4. Motion: Consider a motion to approve and authorize the purchase and installation of 800 MHz radios for the Street, Parks and Recreation, Engineering, and Fire Departments from Motorola, Inc., in the amount of $173,311.00 (by Committee of the Whole).

License Committee

5. Motion: Consider a motion to take action on the various license requests as listed on the attached report (by Committee of the Whole).

Health

6. Ordinance: Consider ordinance No. 2240, amending Section 3.40 of the Municipal Code relating to Health Department fees (by Committee of the Whole).

7. Motion: Consider a motion to approve the Contract Agreement for School Health Services for the 2003-2004 School Year (by Committee of the Whole).

Parks, Recreation and Forestry

8. Motion: Consider a motion to award Project No. 00049, Burkhard Court tree planting, to Johnson’s Nursery in the amount of $10,509.70 (TIF District No. 5) (1st District).

9. Motion: Consider a motion to award Project No. 03005, 2003 street tree planting, to American Landscape in the amount of $73,027.00 (citywide).

Engineering

10. Motion: Consider a motion to authorize payment of the contract progress payments for Project Nos. 97037, 01102, 02018 and 02030, as listed on the attached summary report (1st, 2nd and 3rd Districts).

11. Resolution: Consider resolution No. 10219-031803, accepting fee property, permanent and temporary easements for the Pennsylvania Ave. reconstruction project (Project No. 99022) (3rd District).

12. Resolution: Consider resolution No. 10220-031803, accepting the recommendations of the CIP Committee and authorizing the road improvement projects as listed on the attached report (citywide).

13. Resolution: Consider resolution No. 10221-031803, accepting the 2002 Annual Report for Oak Creek’s WPDES Storm Water (NR 216) Permit (by Committee of the Whole).

Community Development

14. Resolution: Consider resolution No. 10222-031803, approving the certified survey maps for the properties at 7840 and 7860 S. Clement Ave. (Barbara and Trevor Cox) (1st District).

15. Resolution: Consider resolution No. 10223-031803, approving the certified survey map for the properties at 1900 W. Ryan Rd. and 9420 S. 20th St. (Kenneth and Kari Krimpelbein/Raymond Fischer Living Trust) (6th District).

Miscellaneous

16. Motion: Consider a motion to concur with the recommendation of the Personnel Committee and approve the new paramedic contract with Milwaukee County (by Committee of the Whole).

17. Ordinance: Consider ordinance No. 2236, as revised, relating to the salary for the Building Commissioner (by Committee of the Whole).

18. Ordinance: Consider ordinance No. 2241, relating to the salary for the Street Division Supervisor (by Committee of the Whole).
