        b.     Discussion on the performance evaluation of the City Administrator

        c.     Discussion on Police grievances

        d.     Consider probationary increase for Street Supervisor

4.     Consider a motion to reconvene into Open Session at approximately noon to take action on any or all Executive Session items

5.     Exchange of contracts with Local 133

6.     Discuss correction to Ordinance 2236 for Building Commissioner

7.     Consider modification to the Fire Department Drug Testing Policy

*8.   Presentation by Wellness Team on 2002 activities and proposed 2003 program

Public Notice

It is possible that members of and possibly a quorum of members of other governmental bodies of the municipality may be in attendance at the above-stated meeting to gather information; no action will be taken by any governmental body at the above-stated meeting other than the governmental body specifically referred to above in this notice.
