a) PLAN REVIEW – Review site, building and landscaping plans for DIC Imaging Products for an addition to the building located at 7335 S. 10th Street. (Tax Key No. 764-9023)
b) CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP – Review a certify survey map submitted by Kenneth and Kari Krimpelbein for the property located at 1900 W. Ryan Road. (Tax Key No. 877-9012)
c) TEXT AMENDMENT - Repeal and recreate Section 17.0307 and 17.0308 of the Municipal Code regarding Rs-3 and Rs-4, Single Family Residential as it relates to minimum lot size.
5) Adjournment.
