Call meeting to order.

 

Roll call.

 

1. Approval of 2/13/03 minutes.

 

2. Review everyone’s questions and concerns on scheduling that may have arisen after the last meeting.

 

3. Start the research and collection of information on methods of operation, better known as the Standard Operating Guidelines (SOGs).

a. Scheduling

b. Methods of Operation (Standard Operating Guidelines)

c. Comparison information

d. Response time on calls (ambulance and engines)

e. Education and certification

f. Cost of equipment

g. Liability coverage/workmen’s compensation

h. Study volunteers’ compensation/employers

4. If time allows, we will continue down the above list until all items are addressed, and then move on to discussing ways to gather comparison data from other communities and researching information on volunteer/paid-on-call firefighters.

Public Notice
