The purpose of this meeting will be to discuss the following:

8. Meetings Attended by Board Members

 

9. Old Business

a. Up-date on nursing services as provided to the Oak Creek/Franklin School District, discussion regarding services for the 2003-2004 school year and possible approval of proposed agreement (will be available at the meeting).

b. Decide on course of action for mosquito control activities.

c. Discussion on status of Health Department budget.

10. New Business

a. Receive report of Prevention Block Grant activities for 2003 and plan for informational workgroup meetings. Board members are to bring lists of citizens to invite as participants and ideas for a letter to the participants regarding the meetings.

b. Discuss changing meeting times, per request of Alderman Koehler.

c. Up-date on bioterrorism preparedness activities, including smallpox.

11. Next Meeting: February 20, 2003 or at call of chair.
