Motion: Consider a motion to authorize entering into Amendment No. 3 to the contract with the State of Wisconsin and Earth Tech, Inc., for design services on the Pennsylvania Ave. reconstruction project from Puetz Rd. to Ryan Rd. in the amount of $9,734.70, of which $1,946.94 will be funded by the City (Project No. 96028) (held 1/7/03) (3rd District).

 

2. Motion: Consider a motion to concur with the recommendation of the Traffic and Safety Commission and deny the request to remove "no parking" signs on 5th Ave. from American Ave. to Maple St. (held 1/7/03) (4th District).

 

3. Informational: Mayor’s recommendations on the new blue ribbon committee to study the merits of utilizing volunteers/paid-on-call personnel to assist the Oak Creek Fire Department.

 

4. Request: Consider the request of Joseph Donabauer, 9277 S. Pennsylvania Ave., for an extension of time to submit an appraisal for the real estate acquisition for the Pennsylvania Ave. reconstruction project, and follow the course of action described in Alternate 1 as shown on the attached Common Council report (3rd District).

 

5. Resolution: Consider resolution No. 10169-100102, approving the certified survey map for the property at 9180 S. Nicholson Rd. (Ronald and Carol Grundy) (held 10/15/02) (3rd District).

8. Request: Consider the request of William Garrow, Garrow Oil & Propane Corp., Appleton, WI, to appeal the decision of the Small Claims Committee which denied his request for reimbursement in the amount of $673.20 for weed-cutting charges (1st District).

 

9. Request: Consider the request of Frank Vitucci, 2740 N. 178th St., Brookfield, to consider approving acquisition of the property at 250 W. Drexel Ave., Tax Key No. 782-9023, under the Resource Protection Program (1st District).

 

10. Presentation: Presentation by the City Administrator on the proposed power plant expansion.

14. Motion: Consider a motion to concur with the recommendation of the Director of Parks, Recreation and Forestry and approve the purchase of two GMC trucks from Bob Fish Buick/Pontiac/GMC in the amount of $34,625.00 (by Committee of the Whole).

15. Motion: Consider a motion to authorize the agreement between the City of Oak Creek and Fire Safety Consultants, Inc. (by Committee of the Whole).
