a) PLAN REVIEW – Review site and building plans for a reconstruction of the Pick and Save located in the Tri City Shopping Center at 6462 S. 27^th Street. (Tax Key No. 715-9019)

 

b) OFFICIAL MAP AMENDMENT – Review a request by Triland Development LLC to amend the official map for the SW ¼ of Section 23.

 

c) PRELIMINARY PLAT – Review a request by Triland Developers, LLC for the Forest Ridge Subdivision at 9210 S. 15^th Street. (Tax Key No. 870-9037)

 

d) TEXT AMENDMENT – Repeal and recreate Section 17.0810 of the Municipal Code regarding performance standards related to noise.

 

e) OFFICIAL MAP AMENDMENT – Review a request by Fred Wobick to amend the official map for the SE ¼ of Section 28.
