1. Request: Consider the request of Attorney Wendy A. Patrickus, Ricciardi, Stern & Patrickus, S.C. (representing Cupid’s Toys), to address the Council relating to the hours of operation for adult entertainment businesses (held 11/19/02).

 

2. Ordinance: Consider ordinance No. 2226, to renumber section 3.40(c)(32) through 3.40(c)(40) to 3.40(c)(33) through 3.40(c)(41); to repeal and recreate 3.40(c)(32) regarding storm water management permit fee; to create section 8.23 relating to the prohibition of illicit discharges and connections to the storm drainage system; to create section 13.100 through 13.114 relating to storm water runoff; to repeal and recreate section 14.112(b) relating to drainage easements; to repeal and recreate section 14.123(b) relating to required drainage systems; to repeal and recreate section 14.123(d)(1) relating to street drainage systems; to repeal and recreate section 14.123(d)(2) relating to off-street drainage systems; to repeal and recreate section 14.123(f) relating to drainage easements; to repeal and recreate section 14.123(j) relating to major drainage systems; to repeal and recreate section 14.123(k) relating to storm water drainage control; and to repeal and recreate section 15.66(e) relating to storm water drainage control (referred to staff 11/4 and 11/25/02).

8. Resolution: Consider resolution No. 10184-120302, establishing special assessment rates (by Committee of the Whole).

 

9. Motion: Consider a motion to authorize a payment of $8,920.37 to Land Acquisitions, Inc., for their work on the real estate acquisitions for the Pennsylvania Ave. reconstruction project (Project No. 99022) (3rd District).

 

10. Motion: Consider a motion to authorize payment of the contract invoice payments for various projects as listed on the attached summary report (various districts).

 

11. Motion: Consider a motion to authorize payment of the contract progress payments for Project No. 01006, as listed on the attached summary report (police station) (5th District).

 

12. Resolution: Consider resolution No. 10185-120302, approving a sanitary sewer connection agreement between William H. Dreher and the City of Oak Creek, approving a sanitary sewer connection agreement for Parcel 1, CSM No. 6747, Tax Key No. 816-9017 (8141 S. Pennsylvania Ave.) (3rd District).

 

13. Resolution: Consider resolution No. 10187-120302, approving a sanitary sewer connection agreement between Michael J. Lampe and the City of Oak Creek, approving a sanitary sewer connection agreement for his home at 9384 S. Pennsylvania Ave., Tax Key No. 871-9991 (3rd District).

 

14. Resolution: Consider resolution No. 10188-120302, accepting the workmanship and authorizing final payment to Pace Innovative Construction for Project No. 99048 (installation of street lighting improvements in the Oak Creek Business and Commerce Parc) (TIF District No. 4) (1st District).

 

15. Resolution: Consider resolution No. 10189-120302, accepting the workmanship and authorizing final payment to Payne & Dolan, Inc., for Project No. 01032 (installation of roadside restoration in Oakview No. 3 subdivision) (4th District).

 

Community Development

 

16. Resolution: Consider resolution No. 10190-120302, approving the certified survey map submitted on behalf of Milwaukee County for the property at 7375 S. Clement Ave. (1st District).

 

Miscellaneous

 

17. Motion: Consider a motion to convene into Executive Session immediately following the conclusion of the Common Council meeting, pursuant to Wisconsin State Statutes, Section 19.85(1)(g) to consider potential litigation regarding WE Energies’ proposals for power plant expansion.

 

18. Motion: Consider a motion to reconvene into Open Session.

 

19. Motion: Consider a motion to take action, if required.
