a) CONCEPT PLAN #2– Review a request from Dave Schmidt to review a revised concept plan for the development of the properties located at 8931 and 8781 S. 5th Avenue. (Tax Key Nos. 865-9977-001 and 865-9999)

5) New Business

 

a) PLAN REVIEW – Review site and building plans for marine sales and service and self storage for the property located at 840 W. Ryan Road. (Tax Key No. 876-9994)

 

b) REZONING – Review a request from Kathy Howlett-Despot owner of the Cornerstone to rezone the property at 8825 S. Howell Avenue from B-4, Highway Business to Rm-1, Multifamily Residential with a conditional use permit for housing for the elderly. (Tax Key No. 859-9992-001)
