19. Ordinance: Consider ordinance No. 2217, relating to the position of Street Light Maintenance Electrician (by Committee of the Whole).

20. Discussion: Discussion of the options of establishing an Account Clerk III position versus a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) position or a CPA and an Account Clerk III position (referred to Personnel and Finance Committees 10/1/02).

Upon reasonable notice, a good faith effort will be made to accommodate the needs of disabled individuals through sign language interpreters or other auxiliary aid at no cost to the individual to participate in public meetings.
