a) LAND DONATION – Review a request from Kenneth Deal to donate a portion of the property located at 9735 South 20th Street. (Part of Tax Key No. 903-0002)
b) CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP – Review a certified survey map submitted by the Opus North Corporation for the property located at 10101 S. Howell Avenue. (Tax Key No. 924-9006)
c) REZONING AND CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT– Review a proposal by the City, on behalf of the Faith Baptist Church, to rezone portions of the property located at 8519 S. 13th Street from Rs-3, Single Family Residential to P-1, Park with a conditional use permit for a private park. (Tax Key No. 830-9990)
d) AFFIDAVIT OF CORRECTION – Review an affidavit of correction for certified survey map number 6996 for the properties at 3271, 3281 and 3351 E. Elm Road. (Tax Key Nos. 969-9022, 9023 & 9024)
5) Discuss, and take action if necessary, on a proposal to move Plan Commission meetings to 6:00 p.m.
