1. Rezone: Consider a proposal by the City of Oak Creek to rezone portions of the properties at 1925 E. Rawson Ave., 7375, 7385 and 7405 S. Chapel Dr. from Rs-4 Single Family Residential to P-1 Park (Camelot Park) (1st District).
2. Conditional Use Permit: Consider the request of Ryan Road Storage, LLC for a conditional use permit that would allow the operation of a self-service storage business (mini warehouse) for a portion of the property at 840 W. Ryan Rd. (Newport Development) (6th District).
3. Rezone and Conditional Use Permit: Consider the request of Ryan Road Storage, LLC to rezone a portion of the property at 840 W. Ryan Rd. from M-1 Manufacturing to B-4 Highway Business and to grant a conditional use permit that would allow the operation of a marine sales and service business (Newport Development) (6th District).

4. Ordinance: Consider ordinance No. 2214, approving the rezoning of the properties at 1925 E. Rawson Ave. and 7375, 7385 and 7405 S. Chapel Dr. from Rs-4 Single Family Residential to P-1 Park (Camelot Park) (1st District).
5. Ordinance: Consider ordinance No. 2215, approving and authorizing the issuance of a conditional use permit for self-service storage facilities for a portion of the property at 840 W. Ryan Rd. (Newport Development) (6th District).
6. Ordinance: Consider ordinance No. 2216, approving the rezoning of a portion of the property at 840 W. Ryan Rd. from M-1 Manufacturing to B-4 Highway Business and authorizing the issuance of a conditional use permit for marine sales and service (Newport Development) (6th District).
7. Motion: Consider a motion to concur with the Clerk’s Office recommendation for standard procedures for appointments to boards, commissions and committees (by Committee of the Whole) (referred to staff 9/17/02).
8. Presentation: Milwaukee County presentation on the College Ave. reconstruction project from Howell Ave. to Pennsylvania Ave. (The Common Council will use the information presented during the 2003 CIP budget preparation.) (1st District) (held 12/18/01).

9. Ordinance: Consider Charter Ordinance No. 8 to make the position of Treasurer an appointed position, effective immediately until 4/30/04; and to adopt Charter Ordinance No. 9, to combine the positions of City Clerk and Treasurer as an elected position, effective with the term beginning 5/1/04 (by Committee of the Whole).
10. Motion: Consider a motion to approve the Vendor Summary Report in the amount of $1,374,464.52 (by Committee of the Whole).

11. Motion: Consider a motion to take action on the various license requests as listed on the attached report.

12. Motion: Consider a motion to approve the recommendation of the Street Superintendent to purchase and install two security gates from Century Fence in the amount of $15,269.00 (by Committee of the Whole).

13. Motion: Consider a motion to accept the low bid from Wilkinson-Capstran, Inc., for fleet maintenance equipment for the new police facility in the amount of $29,750.00 (by Committee of the Whole).
Engineering

Resolution: Consider resolution No. 10164-100102, accepting permanent and temporary easements for the Pennsylvania Ave. reconstruction project from Puetz Rd. to Ryan Rd. (Project No. 99022) (3rd District).

Motion: Consider a motion to authorize a payment of $5,692.16 to Land Acquisitions, Inc., for their work on the real estate acquisitions for the Pennsylvania Ave. reconstruction project (Project No. 99022) (3rd District).
16. Motion: Consider a motion
to amend the contract with Land Acquisitions, Inc., in the amount of $1,412.50 to reappraise a property on the Pennsylvania Ave. reconstruction project, from Puetz Rd. to Ryan Rd., due to a change of ownership (Project No. 99022) (3rd District).
17. Motion: Consider a motion to authorize payment of the contract progress payments for various projects, as listed on the attached summary report (various districts).
18. Motion: Consider a motion to authorize payment of the contract invoice payments for Project Nos. 97037, 00038, 00024 and 01067, as listed on the attached summary report (various districts).
19. Resolution: Consider resolution No.
10165-100102, accepting the workmanship and authorizing final payment to Underground Pipeline, Inc., for Project No. 01101 (installation of sanitary sewer and appurtenances in S. 13th St.) (6th District).

10166-100102, accepting the dedication of public sanitary sewer, water main and storm sewer for the Rowan Estates Addition No. 4 subdivision (Project No. 92055) (4th District).
21. Resolution: Consider resolution No.
10167-100102, releasing the developer, Robert T. and Patricia A. Fittshur, from the terms and conditions of their Rowan Estates Addition No. 4 subdivision development agreement, Project No. 92055 (4th District).
22. Motion: Consider a motion
to concur with the following recommendations of the Traffic & Safety Commission from their 9/11/02 meeting:Deny the request for "No Parking" signs on the east side of Cortland Dr. within the intersection of Cortland Dr. and Honadel Blvd.
Request the state evaluate and adjust, if necessary, the signal timing for all approaches at the intersection of Howell Ave. and Rawson Ave.
Request the state install appropriate signage in the median of Howell Ave. at the northern exit from Classic Lanes indicating southbound travel only.
Install "No Parking" signs on both sides of Janat Dr. from 20 feet northwest of the north property line of 1401 W. Janat Dr. to the northwest end of Janat Dr., including the turnaround.
Community Development
23. Resolution: Consider resolution No. 10169-100102, approving the certified survey map for the property at 9180 S. Nicholson Rd. (Ronald and Carol Grundy) (3rd District).
24. Resolution: Consider resolution No. 10168-100102, approving the final plat for Riverview Estates Addition No. 1, subject to payment of outstanding special assessments in the amount of $25,443.63, and receipt of letters of no objection from the state and Milwaukee County (6th District).
