a) FINAL PLAT – Review a final plat for the Riverview Estates Addition No. 1 subdivision at 8820, 8846, 8920 S. 13^th Street. (Tax Key Nos. 858-0033, 9997-001 and 0115)

b) CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP – Review a certified survey map submitted by Bryan Jahns for the property at 9660 and 9678 S. Austin Street. (Tax Key Nos. 907-0002-001 and 002)

 

c) PLAN REVIEW - Review site, building and landscaping plans submitted by St. Francis Bank for the property at 125 E. Puetz Road. (Tax Key No. 860-9997)

 

d) PHASING PLAN – Review a phasing plan for Jenna Prairie Estates located at 9600, 9662, 9764 S. Shepard Avenue and 1205 E. Ryan Road and 1500 E. Fitzsimmons Road. (Tax Key Nos. 908-9015,9017,9018,9981 and 9992-002)

 

e) CONDITIONS AND RESTRICTIONS – Review conditions and restrictions for a conditional use permit for Newport Development for self-service storage facilities for a portion of the property at 840 W. Ryan Road. (Tax Key No. 876-9994)

 

f) CONDITIONS AND RESTRICTIONS – Review conditions and restrictions for a conditional use permit for marine sales and service for a potion of the property located at 840 W. Ryan Road. (Tax Key No. 876-9994)

 

g) LAND ACQUISITION – Review a request from Robert Vanselow to acquire the land located at 2231 E. Oakwood Road. (Tax Key No. 958-9999-003)

 

h) CONCEPT PLAN – Review a request from Dave Schmidt for the properties located at 8931 and 8781 S. 5^th Avenue. (Tax Key Nos. 865-9977-001 and 865-9999)
