a) CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP – Review a certified survey map submitted by Ralph Doll, Darren Hojnacki and Brenda Brunner for the properties located at 1010 and 1020 E. Fitzsimmons Road. (Tax Key No. 908-9019 and 908-9020)
b) CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP - Review a certified survey map submitted by 27 Puetz Associates for the property located at 8666 S. 27th Street. (Tax Key No. 831-9024)
c) CONDITIONS AND RESTRICTIONS – Review conditions and restrictions for the Dry Creek Condominiums for the property at 1910 W. Puetz Road. (Tax Key No. 830-9010)
