a) FINAL PLAT – Review the final plat for the Farmington Hills subdivision at 2425 E. Forest Hill Avenue and 8420 S. Pennsylvania Avenue. (Tax Key Nos. 824-9990-003 and 824-9990-004)
b) CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP – Review a certified survey map submitted by Weas/Schmidt, LLC for the property at 701 E. Puetz Road. (Tax Key No. 860-9999-001)
c) CONDITIONS AND RESTRICTIONS - Review conditions and restrictions for a conditional use permit for Hanna Trailer Supply for recreational vehicle service for a portion of the property at 7571 S. Howell Avenue (Tax Key No. 782-9034).
d) CONDITIONS AND RESTRICTIONS – Review conditions and restrictions for a conditional use permit for Hanna Trailer Supply for storage of vehicles and equipment for a portion of the property at 7571 S. Howell Avenue (Tax Key No. 782-9034).
e) REZONING – Review a request by the Grand Cru Development (Dry Creek) to rezone a portion of the property at 1910 W. Puetz Road from Rm-1, Multifamily Residential and Rd-1, Two Family Residential to Rm-1 PUD. (Tax Key No. 830-9010)
