a) CONDITIONS AND RESTRICTIONS – A working session of the Plan Commission to review conditions and restrictions for a proposed recycling contractor’s shop with outdoor storage for the properties at 9540 & 9578 S. Pennsylvania Avenue. (Tax Key Nos. 910-9983 & 910-9984)

a) REZONING – Review a request by the Faith Baptist Church to rezone the property at 8519 S. 13th Street from Rs-3, Single Family Residential to I-1, Institutional. (Tax Key No. 830-9990)
b) OFFICIAL MAP AMENDMENT – Review a request by the Faith Baptist Church to amend the official map for the Southeast ¼ of Section 18.
c) CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT – Review a request by Hanna Trailer Supply for a conditional use permit for recreational vehicle sales and service for a portion of the property at 7571 S. Howell Avenue. (Tax Key No. 782-9034)
d) REZONING & CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT – Review a request by Hanna Trailer Supply to rezone the west part of the property at 7571 S. Howell Avenue from B-4, Highway Business to M-1, Manufacturing with a conditional use permit for storage of vehicles and equipment. (Tax Key No. 782-9034)
e) CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP – Review a certified survey map submitted by Springbrook Development, LLC for a portion of the property at 402 and 404 W. Puetz Road. (Tax Key No. 828-9011 and 9012)
f) CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP - Review a certified survey map submitted by Clete Long and Dennis Schmidt et al for the properties at 10611 and 10651 S. Nicholson Road. (Tax Key Nos. 987-9990 and 9010)
g) CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP - Review a certified survey map submitted by Shirley Swendrowski and Susan Yahnke for the properties at 2400 and 2440 W. Grays Lane. (Tax Key Nos. 856-9022 and 9023)
h) DISCUSSION OF ARTICLE – Discussion of article on "Big Box Sprawl (and how to control it)" from ""The Municipality", June 2002.
