City of Oak Creek
Please take notice that the Traffic and Safety Commission will meet in the Lower Level Conference room at City Hall, 8640 S. Howell Avenue, Oak Creek, Wisconsin on Wednesday, June 12, 2002, at 7 p.m.
The purpose of the meeting will be to discuss the following:
1) Roll call
2) Approve minutes from the May 8, 2002 meeting.
Old Business
A. Request for a multi-way stop at Montana Avenue & Chapel Avenue.
B. Request for a multi-way stop at Montana Avenue & Crane Avenue.
C. Request for a traffic signal at Pennsylvania Avenue and Montana Avenue.
New Business
A. Request for "No Parking" signs on the east side of Cortland Drive within the intersection of Cortland Drive and Honadel Boulevard.
B. Request for "No Parking" signs on the east sides of Spruce Court and Norwood Drive.
C. Request to close the median opening on Howell Avenue north of Drexel Avenue.
D. Request to recommend the State adjust the signal timing at Howell Avenue and Drexel Avenue to allow more green time for left turning vehicles.
E. Discussion on the potential safety impacts of the Milwaukee County bike path crossings of Drexel Avenue and Forest Hill Avenue.
