a) CONDITIONS AND RESTRICTIONS – Review conditions and restrictions for a proposed recycling contractor’s shop with outdoor storage for the properties at 9540 & 9578 S. Pennsylvania Avenue. (Tax Key Nos. 910-9983 & 910-9984)

4) New Business

 

a) PRELIMINARY PLAT – Review the preliminary plat for Country Creek 6 at 630 E. Elm Road, 10706R S. Howell Avenue, 321 E. Oakwood Road, 10612R S. Howell Ave and 340 E. Elm Road.

 

b) PRELIMINARY PLAT – Review the preliminary plat for Georgetown Commons West No. 1 at 10740R S. Howell Avenue. (Tax Key No. 973-9998)

 

c) CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT – Review a request by Edgerton Contractors for a conditional use permit for a concrete batch plant at 6466 S. 13th Street. (Tax Key No. 717-9988)

 

d) ZONING TEXT AMENDMENT – Review a proposal to amend Section 17.0317 pertaining to permitted uses in the M-1, Manufacturing zoning district.

 

e) REZONING – Review a proposal by the City of Oak Creek to rezone the properties at 4301 E. Depot Road and 9060, 9100 and 9180 S. 5th Avenue from M-1, Manufacturing to A-1, Agricultural. (Tax Key Nos. 866-9988 and 9989-001 and 868-9999-001 and 9996-002)

 

f) PRELIMINARY LAND DIVISION – Review a request by Cecilia La Sota and Patricia La Sota to review a preliminary land division for the property at 3609 and 3603 E. O’Brien Road. (Tax Key No. 918-9973 and 918-9972)
