a. Deliberate regarding the professional service agreements with Davis & Kuelthau and RMT Consulting Engineers

b. Discuss possible litigation regarding the WEPCO power plant proposal

3. Consider a motion to reconvene into Open Session

4. Consider a motion to take action on Executive Session item

5. Consider a motion to approve the submission of the Intervenor Compensation application

6. Consider a motion to approve the professional service agreement with Davis & Kuelthau

7. Consider a motion to approve the professional service agreement with RMT Consulting Engineers

8. Adjournment

Public Notice
