a) CONDITIONS AND RESTRICTIONS – Review conditions and restrictions for a proposed recycling contractor’s shop with outdoor storage for the properties at 9540 & 9578 S. Pennsylvania Avenue. (Tax Key Nos. 910-9983 & 910-9984)

4) New Business

 

a) PLAN REVIEW – Review site and building plans for a fly ash storage facility for WE Energies at 4801 E. Elm Road. (Tax Key No. 965-9999)

 

b) CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP – Review a certified survey map submitted by Weas Schmidt, LLC for the property at 701 E. Puetz Road. (Tax Key No. 860-9999-001)

 

c) HOUSE MOVE – Review plans submitted by Ray and Lynette Knapp to move a house from the property at 2436 W. Rawson Avenue to the property at 2431 W. Drexel Avenue. (Tax Key No. 810-9986)

 

d) OFFICIAL MAP AMENDMENT – Review a proposal by Bruce and Debra Cherek and Donald and Gina Brownell to amend the official map for the Northeast ¼ of Section 28.

 

e) REZONING – Review a request by Bruce Brossman to rezone a portion of the property at 1901 W. Drexel Avenue from A-1, Agricultural to Rs-2, Single Family Residential. (Tax Key No. 811-9991-001)
