a) CONDITIONS AND RESTRICTIONS– Review conditions and restrictions for a conditional use permit for a self-service storage facility for the property at 840 W. Ryan Road. (Tax Key No. 876-9994)

 

b) CONDITIONS AND RESTRICTIONS– Review conditions and restrictions for a conditional use permit for a contractor’s shop with outdoor storage for the properties at 9540 & 9578 S. Pennsylvania Avenue. (Tax Key No. 910-9983 & 9984)

5) New Business

 

a) REZONING – Review a request by the General Capital Group to rezone a portion of the property at 8537 S. Pennsylvania Avenue from I-1, Institutional to Rs-2, Single Family Residential. (Tax Key No. 825-9987)

 

b) CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP – Review a certified survey map submitted by Mark and Kim VerHalen for the property at 1200 E. Ryan Road. (Tax Key No. 873-9006)

 

c) REZONING –a request by Richard Konieczny to rezone the property at 2400 W. Grays Lane from Rs-2, Single Family Residential to Rs-3, Single Family Residential. (Tax Key No. 856-9022)

 

d) PLAN REVIEW – Review site and building plans submitted by Secure Mini Storage, LP for the property at 9810 S. 27^th Street. (Tax Key No. 903-9015)

 

e) TIME EXTENSION – Review a request by KEI Landscape Services for a six month extension to the time of compliance provisions for the conditional use permit for the properties at 802, 822 and 834 E. Rawson Avenue and 1025 E. College Avenue. (Tax Key Nos. 732-9991, 9992, 9993 and part of 732-9996-001)
