a) REZONING – Review a request by the Parkway Apostolic Church to rezone the property at 10820 S. Nicholson Road from Rs-2, Single Family Residential to I-1, Institutional. (Tax Key No. 971-9016)
b) PLAN REVIEW – Review site and building plans submitted by Mahn Court, LLC for the property at 7340 S. Howell Avenue. (Tax Key No. 766-9019)
c) PLAN REVIEW - Review site plans for an expanded parking lot for The Villas at the Station at 8935 S. Wood Creek Drive. (Tax Key No. 858-9996-002)
