a) CONDITIONS AND RESTRICTIONS – Review conditions and restrictions for a conditional use permit for a contractor’s shop for the property at 6900 S. Howell Avenue. (Tax Key No. 733-9995)
b) REZONING – Review a proposal to rezone the property at 8519 S. 13th Street from Rs-3, Single Family Residential to I-1 Institutional (Tax Key No. 830-9990).
c) OFFICIAL MAP AMENDMENT – Review a proposed Official Map amendment for the Southeast ¼ of Section 18.

a) REZONING & CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT – Review a request by Jewel-Osco to rezone portions of the properties at 9530, 9550 and 9576 S. Howell Avenue and 145, 211, 225 and 237 E. Ryan Road from Rs-3, Single Family Residential to B-4, Highway Business. (Tax Key Nos. 907-9028, 9029, 9002, 9008, 9986, 9987 and 9988)
b) OFFICIAL MAP AMENDMENT – Review a request by Jewel-Osco to amend the official map for the Northwest ¼ of Section 28.
c) PLAN REVIEW – Review site and building plans submitted by Wimmer Brothers Development for The Arbors Phase IV at 285 E. Centennial Drive. (Tax Key No. 860-9038)
d) CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP – Review a certified survey map submitted by Michael Morrison for the property at 7840 S. Clement Avenue. (Tax Key No. 780-9004)
e) CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP – Review a certified survey map submitted by Marlan Larson for the properties at 9605 S. Burrell Street and 200 E. Larson Lane. (Tax Key Nos. 907-0196 and 0192)
f) CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP - Review a certified survey map submitted by Robert Doro for the property at 9840 S. 27th Street. (Tax Key No. 903-9026)
g) CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP – Review a certified survey map submitted by Mike Hamden for the property at 150 W. Rawson Avenue (Tax Key No. 734-9022)
h) ZONING TEXT AMENDMENT – Review a proposal to amend Section 17.0314(a)(2) of the Municipal Code as it relates to building heights and floor area ratios in the B-3, Office and Professional Business zoning district.
