a) CONDITIONS AND RESTRICTIONS – Review conditions and restrictions for a conditional use permit for a car wash for a portion of the property at 150 W. Rawson Avenue. (Tax Key No. 734-9022)

 

b) PLAN REVIEW - Review site, building and landscaping plans for the Cercle West multifamily development at 406 & 408 W. Puetz Road. (Tax Key Nos. 828-9013 and 9014)

 

c) CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT – Review a request by Kevin and Darlene Polinski for a conditional use permit for a contractor’s shop for the property at 6900 S. Howell Avenue. (Tax Key No. 733-9995)

 

d) REZONING – Review a proposal to rezone the property at 8519 S. 13th Street from Rs-3, Single Family Residential to I-1 Institutional (Tax Key No. 830-9990).

 

e) OFFICIAL MAP AMENDMENT – Review a proposed Official Map amendment for the Southeast ¼ of Section 18.

 

f) CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP – Review a certified survey map for Excel Builders and Robert Miller, which will redivide Lots 15, 16 and 17 and outlot 1 of Whitetail Ridge subdivision, 900, 917, 933 and 947 W. Violet Drive. (Tax Key Nos. 858-0015, 0016, 0017 and 0030).
