b) PLAN REVIEW – Review site and building plans for Saraphino’s restaurant at 8020 S. Howell Avenue. (Tax Key No. 814-9995)
5) New Business
a) REZONING – Review a request by Anderson Brothers Construction to rezone the property at 7750 S. 13th Street from Rs-3, Single Family Residential to B-3, Office and Professional Business. (Tax Key No. 783-9017-002)
b) PLAN REVIEW – Review site, building and landscaping plans submitted by Robert Fait for a renovation of the property at 8469 S. Howell Avenue into a restaurant. (Tax Key No. 828-9002)
c) PLAN REVIEW – Review site and building plans for an accessory building for the property at 9543 S. Chicago Road. (Tax Key No. 912-9993)
d) ZONING TEXT AMENDMENT – Consider amendments to Section 17.1009(a)(21) of the Municipal Code relating to minimum open space requirements.
