a) REZONING – Review a request by the Opus North Corporation to rezone the properties at 598 and 622 W. Oakwood Road from Rs-3, Single Family Residential to M-1, Manufacturing. (Tax Key Nos. 925-9988 and 9990)
b) VACATION OF ROW – Review a request by Excel Developers, LLC to have a portion of the right-of-way for West Puetz Road vacated adjacent to the properties at 900 and 917 W. Violet Drive. (Tax Key Nos. 858-0016 and 0017)
c) PLAN REVIEW – Review site, building and landscaping plans submitted by the Property Development Group on behalf of Flying J Travel Plaza for the property at 9650 S. 20th Street. (Tax Key No. 904-9000)
d) CONSIDER LAND PURCHASE – Review the request of Joseph Sanfelippo, representing the Cannon Group, LTD., to have the City consider purchasing his property at 9000 S. Pennsylvania Avenue. (Tax Key No. 863-9973)
e) CONSIDER LAND PURCHASE – Review the request of Frank Vitucci to have the City consider purchasing his property at 250 W. Drexel Avenue. (Tax Key No. 782-9023)
f) CONSIDER LAND PURCHASE – Review the request of Dennis Zeisse to have the City consider purchasing his property at 1120 E. Oakwood Road. (Tax Key No. 922-9023-001)
g) SALE OF CITY LAND – Review the request of the Korean Church of Milwaukee to purchase the City-owned land at 1800 E. Drexel Avenue. (Tax Key No. 779-9989)
h) SALE OF CITY LAND – Review the request of Bruce LePine to purchase the City-owned land at 2651 E. Ryan Road. (Tax Key No. 910-9985)
