b) PLAN REVIEW – Review site and building plans for Saraphino’s restaurant at 8020 S. Howell Avenue. (Tax Key No. 814-9995)

 

5) New Business

 

a) CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP – Review a certified survey map submitted by Ted and Jill O’Leske for the property at 9080 S. Shepard Avenue. (Tax Key No. 861-9013)

 

b) FINAL PLAT – Review the final plat for the Armann Heights subdivision at 10201 S. 13th Street. (Tax Key No. 926-9980)

 

c) AFFIDAVIT OF CORRECTION – Review an Affidavit of Correction to Certified Survey Map No. 6680 for the properties at 2220 E. Puetz Road, 8655 S. Pennsylvania Avenue and 8605R S. Pennsylvania Avenue. (Tax Key No. 825-9012, 9011 and 9013)

 

d) CONCEPT PLAN – Review a revised conceptual development plan for a self-service storage facility for the property at 840 W. Ryan Road. (Tax Key No. 876-9994)
