Women’s Danger Awareness & Self Defense Seminar

The Oak Creek Police Department will offer two free seminars on Women’s Danger Awareness and Self Defense.

Objectives:

The goal of this course is to present information to reduce the risk of an assault and tools to help in dangerous encounters. A portion of the seminar has physical activity in which those attending may participate. Classes are open to women, 17 years of age or older.

Course Outline

You will need to bring the following to this course:

• Loose fitting clothes – sweat pants, sweat shirt or other appropriate gym clothes will be acceptable.
• Gym shoes

Applications are also available at the Oak Creek Police Department front clerical window during the regular business hours of 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., M – F.
