Pet License Information

The City of Oak Creek requires a license for dogs and cats over five months of age. Residents must provide a current certificate of rabies vaccination (showing the tag number and the expiration date) at the time of licensing. You may mail in the certificate along with your application and fee, and it will be returned with your license. The license year commences January 1 and ends December 31. The deadline for purchasing a license is March 31. Starting April 1, a late fee will be assessed. Late fees are double the amount due. If you have any questions, please contact the Treasurer's office at 768-6501.
